Clarity on Cancellations

At Maja Magazines, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have the right to change your mind within 14 days of your purchase. However, the rules differ between subscriptions and single issues.

Subscriptions vs. Single Issues

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes. You can cancel a subscription within 14 days of purchase, provided that we have not yet processed and activated the subscription with the international publisher. Please contact us as soon as possible to do so.

Can I return a single issue?

No. A statutory exception to the right to cancel applies to single issues of newspapers and magazines. Due to the nature of the product (timeliness), a sale is final after successful payment.

How to Use Your Right to Cancel

1. Send an email within 14 days of your purchase to contact@americanmagazines.co.uk.
2. Clearly state in the email that you wish to cancel your subscription and provide your order number.
3. We will confirm the cancellation and refund the full purchase amount as soon as possible.
