Ordering & Payment

How can I pay?

You can pay safely and easily with a wide range of trusted payment methods, including Credit Card and PayPal. All payments are securely processed by our partner Mollie. Simply choose your preferred method at checkout.

Are the prices all-inclusive?

Yes, the price you see is the price you pay. All our prices include VAT, shipping costs, and any transaction fees. No surprises later on.

Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Yes, of course. During the checkout process, you can specify a different delivery address. The invoice will be sent to your email address, and the magazines to the address of the lucky recipient.

Do you also offer services for businesses?

Absolutely. We are happy to help businesses, libraries, and organisations manage their (international) magazine portfolios. Whether it's a single subscription for the reading table or a complex order with multiple titles and addresses, we offer a clear and efficient service. Contact us to discuss the possibilities.


Subscription & Delivery

Will my subscription be renewed automatically?

No, and that's our promise. All our subscriptions are for a fixed term and stop automatically. You are not tied into anything. Well before the end of the period, you will receive a no-obligation renewal invitation from us. If you do nothing, the subscription will expire on its own.

How is the delivery time for my first magazine calculated?

Starting an international subscription takes time. The indicated delivery time is a one-off start-up time for the very first issue. After that, you will receive subsequent issues according to the normal publication frequency. After your order, you will receive an email from us with the specific estimate for your chosen magazine.

Our estimate is based on two factors:

  1. Processing time at the publisher: How often is the magazine published? A weekly magazine is processed faster than a quarterly one.
  2. International shipping time: Shipping from the US takes longer than from the UK.

Important: a start-up time of 10 weeks does not mean you will receive a 10-week-old magazine. You will always receive the most recent issue available at the time the publisher activates your subscription. The weeks mentioned are a generous estimate; in practice, delivery can be quicker.

Example 1 (fast): A weekly fashion magazine from the UK has a short processing and shipping time. The estimate will therefore be short, e.g., 3-5 weeks.

Example 2 (average): A monthly design magazine from the US has an average processing time but a longer shipping route. The estimate will therefore be longer, e.g., 8-12 weeks.

Example 3 (slow): A quarterly car magazine from the US has both a long processing and a long shipping time. The estimate is then longer, e.g., 12-16 weeks.

Can I have a subscription delivered to an address abroad?

Yes, for subscriptions, delivery is possible throughout Europe. You can simply enter the desired delivery address during the ordering process.


Service & Guarantee

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after purchase without giving a reason, as long as the first issue has not yet been processed for dispatch by the publisher. Please contact us to do so, and we will refund the full order amount.

What if I receive a damaged magazine or do not receive it at all?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If an issue arrives damaged or fails to arrive, you can count on our full support. We will first request a replacement copy from the publisher. If this is not possible, we will extend your subscription free of charge. We are your single point of contact and will resolve the issue for you.


Other

Do you also sell single issues or digital editions?

Currently, we focus entirely on offering (international) subscriptions to print magazines. However, if you have a special request for a hard-to-find title, please feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to see what we can do for you.

How do you handle my privacy?

We take your privacy very seriously. The data you leave on our website remains under our control and is never sold to third parties. We only use your data to process your order.
